FAQs

How are you different to a Project Manager?

Misura is not a project manager brought in to execute a plan; we are engaged before the plan exists, shaping the decisions that determine whether a project truly performs, and where value is created or quietly lost. We remain closely involved as those decisions are carried through with intent, from construction to completion and beyond.

Do you offer single services?

Yes, if you have already started construction and require consultation on a specific step of the process, we are happy to assist. Many construction companies refer to us as specialists in floor planning, design, finance, and divestment strategy.

What expertise does your team offer?

Our team comprises experienced property professionals who have each built and led specialist businesses across real estate, development, construction, finance, and planning. That firsthand experience means decisions are made with commercial clarity, pricing is understood for what it is, and projects move faster with fewer unknowns. Supported by expertise in feasibility, design, and engineering, our advice is practical, precise, and grounded in how property actually performs.

How does your fee structure work?

Each project is bespoke and tailored to your requirements and the services it encompasses. Whilst we aim to provide transparent pricing upfront - either a percentage of the total estimated cost or a negotiable fixed fee - we cannot provide pricing before initial consultation as we need to understand the scope and size of the project.
